Compabloc Welded Plate Heat Exchanger The Compabloc welded heat exchanger is the most compact and efficient heavy-duty heat exchanger in the world.  100% welded, and 100% accessible for cleaning and inspection on both sides. NO rubber gaskets. High heat transfer, high reliability, low maintenance, low capital and installation costs. Pressures to 450 psig, temperatures to 650F.

 

AlfaDisc Plate and Shell Heat Exchanger AlfaDisc is an all-welded plate-and-shell heat exchanger ideal for uses involving high pressures and temperatures.  High-fatigue applications, asymmetric flows, easy cleaning on one side.

AlfaDisc all-welded heat exchangers are designed for use with liquids, gases and two-phase mixtures. This plate-and-shell unit works well with aggressive media – such as organic solvents – that are beyond the capabilities of gasketed heat exchangers. Pressure to 700 psig, temperatures to 1000F.

 

Spiral Heat Exchanger Self-cleaning design make Alfa Laval Spiral Heat Exchangers extremely versatile.  Ideal for heavy fouling applications as a heater, cooler, interchanger or condenser. High efficiency in a compact size. Single spiral channel reduces fouling rates typically encountered with slurries and solid laden fluids. Very easy to clean and maintain. Pressures to 300 psig, temperatures to 650F.
