Wet Surface Air Coolers

Overview

Wet surface air coolers (WSACs) combine the benefits of evaporative cooling with finned tube technology to achieve significantly lower process outlet temperatures than conventional dry air coolers, even in hot ambient conditions.

HTS Louisiana offers wet surface air coolers through Alfa Laval for applications where conventional air cooling cannot achieve the required process outlet temperature or where water consumption must be minimized compared to cooling towers.
